I've been around too long I guess. I can't put anything past anyone any more.
The thing that really amazes me, though, is that if we were to see such a person doing this and do anything other than pick up after them like a maid with spoiled house-children... something appropriate like beating them severely, or stabbing them several times, or tying THEM up in a sack and tossing them into the highway... WE would be the ones to get in trouble with "the Law".
Nobody is personally responsible for anything any more.
I'd take the ticket/fine/jail time and still beat them severely. Possibly with my car.
