I'm going to be using my LJ to keep track of my diet for a while, so for those who don't care, ignore the LJ cuts marked 'diet'. Its just an attempt to chronicle what I am eating and then find better ways to eat as I adjust my diet to try and get my weight and stomach issues under control. If you care to comment on it, do not try to get me to eat anything whole grain in the form of bread, or I will smite you. I hate bran and whole grain bread with a passion, it makes me hurl to eat it. So say NOTHING regarding eating either of those things.
